Ingredients
  • 2 cups cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 10 pickled jalapeños slices
  • 3 tablespoons jalapeño juice (from the jar of pickled jalapeños)
  • 2 tablespoons Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • Toppings
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeño (sliced)
Instructions
  1. Soak your cashews overnight in water

  2. Add all of the ingredients into a blender

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Pour into a bowl and top with the toppings ingredients
