Ingredients
    Salad
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 green pepper (medium)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 corn cob
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • optional tortilla chips
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 2 limes (juice)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups water
Instructions
  1. Chop up all your veggies

  2. Assemble the salad into a bowl

  3. Blend dressing ingredients together

  4. Drizzle dressing on top of salad

  5. Mix it all together

  6. Sprinkle some tortilla chips on top for a crunch
