These terms govern your Eat In Club membership. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Eat In Club is offered on two plans:

• Monthly — $4.99/month
• Annual — $42/year

Your plan gives you access to the full recipe library, your personal “My Kitchen” space, and members-only content for as long as your membership is active.

New members receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with prior notice; any change will apply to your next renewal.

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current paid period — after that, your membership will not renew and access will end.

Membership content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, redistribute, or resell any recipes, materials, or content. Content is updated regularly and may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Memberships are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to suspend or end a membership that violates these terms, with no refund where permitted by law.

All digital products and downloads — including recipes, guides, and one-time digital purchases — are final sale and non-refundable. Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Please review your order carefully before buying.

Eat In Club memberships follow standard refund terms:

• You may cancel anytime, and you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods after cancellation.
• Your 3-day free trial lets you explore the membership before any charge — please cancel within the trial if it’s not for you.

Refunds and exchanges for physical items (books, teas, and merchandise) are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy.

Where required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of the above. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
