Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk/coconut milk
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ashwagandha
- Date puree or chopped dates
Instructions
In a pot on the stove, combine all ingredients. Bring it to a boil and take off heat. Say a prayer of gratitude and drink with joy.
