Ingredients
- 1 cup coriander seeds (or powder)
- 1 cup cumin seeds (or powder)
- 1 cup fennel seeds (or powder)
Instructions
1. For tea. Add all the seeds into a jar and mix.
2. To make tea, add 1 tbsp of the mix into 2 cups of water and boil, use a sieve to pour the tea into your mug. Keep the rest of the mix in an airtight jar or container and store it in a dry place.
3. For spice mix, toast the coriander, cumin, and fennel seeds until fragrant for about 5 minutes stirring regularly to make sure the seeds don’t burn. Cool down. Add the seeds into a high-speed blender or coffee grinder and blend till it's a smooth powder. Keep the spice blend in an airtight jar or container and store it in a dry place.
