Juicy Streusel Peaches
Ingredients
- 3 peaches (cut in half and seed extracted)
- 1⁄4 cup almond flour
- 1⁄4 cup oat flour
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄4 cup vegan butter (melted vegan butter or coconut oil)
- 1⁄4 cup coconut sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- handful of chocolate chunks
Instructions
1. Add all the topping ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl and mix.
2. Place peaches into a cast iron pan or a baking tray and generously place a scoop of the topping onto each of the peachy halves, be fair and equal in your scoops across all peaches, no favoritism here please.
3. Throw on as many chocolate chunks as you prefer.
4. Place in the oven for about 20-30 minutes till the peach is soft and fork tender and the topping is browned.
5. Infuse with soooo much love, say a prayer of gratitude, serve with joy and eat with a big huge smile. ❤️
