Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup shredded carrots
- 1⁄3 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 thinly sliced medium (apple)
- bread of choice (I used a GF wheat bread)
Instructions
- Add walnuts into your cream cheese and mix.
- Spread the cream cheese mix on both sides of the sandwich. Add a layer of mint, apple, and carrot.
- Sandwich complete...so Bon Appetite!
