Tropical Smoothie Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango chunks (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)
- 1⁄4 cup ice (if using fresh fruit)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (optional but not necessary)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, blend till smooth.
2. You can pour into a glass and enjoy it as a smoothie now, or pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
3. Remove from popsicle molds once frozen and enjoy.
4. Say a prayer of gratitude, sprinkle a whole lotta lurve and serve with immense joy!❤️
