Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight or quick soaked in hot water for 30 minutes at least)
  • juice of 1/2 large lemon
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 packed fresh herb of choice (basil, parsley, mint)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend at high speed until silky smooth.

2. Store in an airtight jar for 3 days.

3. Say a little prayer, do a little dance, sprinkle a little love, and serve with happiness ❤️
