Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons green olives
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup chili oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1. Chop up the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and parsley into small pieces. Add to a bowl with the capers, lemon zest, and salt.
2. Add olive oil and chili oil and mix everything together until fully combined.
3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top.
4. Serve with bread of choice.
