Cabbage Fennel and Carrot Slaw
Ingredients
For the Slaw:
- 1 cup red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1 fennel bulb (shredded)
For the Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Grate or shred the cabbage, carrots, and fennel either using a grater a mandolin or a simple knife.
2. Add all dressing ingredients into a bottle and shake till combined.
3. Mix into a bowl together and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle some love, infuse a whole lot of love and say a prayer of gratitude
