Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coffee
- 1 ½ cup grated zucchini
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Combine all dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls.
3. Pour mixed dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl and combine fully.
4. Pour brownie batter into a baking pan (lined with parchment paper). Top with chocolate chips/chunks.
5. Bake for 30 minutes and check if they’re done by using a toothpick or knife to pierce the brownies - if it comes out clean, they are ready!
6. Let cool & cut to serve.
