Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 small beetroot
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup water (or more depending on desired thickness)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon asafoetida (optional)
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Pressure cook or boil the vegetables till soft with salt and bay leaf.
- Add cooked vegetables and remaining ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
- Add extra water for desired consistency.
- ♡Say a little prayer, sprinkle a lotta love, and use as a replacement for a tomato sauce
