Coconut Cashew Cream
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup coconut cream
- 1⁄2 cup soaked cashews (overnight or at least 1 hour in boiling water)
- 1⁄8 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
Instructions
1. Drain soaked cashews and add them into a high speed blender along with the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge. It will thicken up as it cools down
3. Say a little prayer, do a little dance, sprinkle a little love, and serve with happiness. ❤️
