Smokey Sun-dried Tomato Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can butter beans (+the water)
- 10-12 sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomato oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon (juice)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, & chili flakes. Serve with veggie crudité, tortilla chips, or bread!
3. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
