Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup dried mangos
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1⁄2 tablespoon non dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (add 1/2 tbsp extra if it doesn't come together in the food processor)
- 1 pinch of saffron
Instructions
1. Add the cashews to a food processor and pulse till finely ground.
2. Next heat the milk a little and add in the saffron (this helps release the color and flavor of the saffron!)
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse till it all comes together.
4. Roll the mixture into balls. You may need a little coconut oil on your hands if the mixture is a bit sticky.
5. Put them into an air tight Tupperware/container and place in the fridge for 5 or 10 minutes before eating.
6. ♡ Say a prayer of gratitude, sprinkle with joy and serve with love.
