Ingredients
- 2 cups of Organic Kale
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Dollop of Almond Butter
- Coconut Chunks
- Hemp Seeds
- Pistachio Butter
Instructions
- Wash and De-stem the Kale
- Add Kale, Fresh Pineapple, Avocado, Almond Milk and a big dollop of Almond Butter into the blender. Blend up! The texture should be thick. If you’d like to enjoy as a smoothie, add more almond milk to thin out texture.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings! Today I used fresh coconut chunks, hemp seeds and pistachio drizzle.
- Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy.
