Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Organic Kale
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • Dollop of Almond Butter
  • Coconut Chunks
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Pistachio Butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and De-stem the Kale
  2. Add Kale, Fresh Pineapple, Avocado, Almond Milk and a big dollop of Almond Butter into the blender. Blend up! The texture should be thick.  If you’d like to enjoy as a smoothie, add more almond milk to thin out texture.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings! Today I used fresh coconut chunks, hemp seeds and pistachio drizzle.
  4. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy.
