High Protein Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried plant crumbles
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons jalapeños (pickled or fresh)
- 1⁄2 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- 4 tortillas
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup lettuce (shredded)
Instructions
1. Soak plant crumbles in 1/2 cup water while you prepare the rest.
2. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and jalapeños to a pan and sauté.
3. Add soaked plant crumbles to cooked veggies with asafoetida and taco seasoning and sauté.
4. Add salsa and mix.
5. Heat up tortillas.
6. Assemble tacos with salsa, lettuce, plant crumble mixture, sour cream, & jalapeños.
7. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
