Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 10 pickled jalapeños slices
  • 3 tablespoons jalapeño juice, from the jar
  • 2 tablespoons diced Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup water (more as needed)
Toppings
  • 1⁄4 cup black beans
  • 1⁄4 cup Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeño Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and spices as needed.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with beans, tomatoes, cilantro, or other toppings of choice.
  3. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
