Ingredients
- 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 10 pickled jalapeños slices
- 3 tablespoons jalapeño juice, from the jar
- 2 tablespoons diced Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup water (more as needed)
Toppings
- 1⁄4 cup black beans
- 1⁄4 cup Rotel tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño Cilantro
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and spices as needed.
- Pour into a bowl and top with beans, tomatoes, cilantro, or other toppings of choice.
- Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
