Rice Cake Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 4 rice cakes
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 cup prepared coffee
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
1. Mix together vanilla yogurt & protein powder until completely combined.
2. Soak the rice cakes in coffee for 30 seconds each.
3. To assemble, layer rice cakes and protein yogurt mix.
4. Dust the cocoa powder on top and drizzle over maple syrup.
5. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
