Ingredients
- 1 corn cob
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
- 10 jarred jalapeños (add more if you want a spicier taste)
- 1⁄2 cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lime
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup avocado
Instructions
1. Grill some fresh corn in the oven or char over the stove top (I usually put a rack over my stove and turn it over the flames till its browned).
2. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and feel free to adjust according to your preference.
3. Sprinkle a little love, say a little prayer, and nourish yourself. ❤️
