Jalapeno Mac n Cheese Bites
Ingredients
- Mac n Cheese (made day before) check out my Jalapeno Mac and Cheese Recipe for this!
Coating:
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- ¼ cup Plain Flour
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (available gluten free in stores!)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
In one bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, milk, dried parsley and salt. Whisk it very well. This is your wet mix.
In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs, salt and paprika. This is your dry mix.
Take a small ball of the next day Mac and Cheese, coat in wet mix, then coat with the dry mix, and place onto baking tray.
Repeat until all leftover Mac and Cheese bites are prepared.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
