For the Kale Smoothie Bowl:
- 2 cups kale, destemmed
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- For topping: coconut flakes, pistachio butter, hemp seeds, etc.
Instructions
For the Kale Smoothie Bowl:
1. Add all ingredients except toppings into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. To serve as a bowl, pour smoothie into bowl and top with toppings of choice.
3. Say a little prayer, do a little dance, sprinkle a little love, and serve with happiness. ❤️
