
Ingredients
- 1 cup cumin seeds (or you can use roasted cumin powder)
- 1 cup coriander seeds (or roasted coriander powder)
- 1⁄2 cup fennel seeds (fennel powder)
- 1⁄4 cup nigella seed (kalonji, optional)
Instructions
- Dry roast spices in a cast iron pan till fragrant, then place all ingredients in a grinder or dry blender and grind into a fine powder
- Store in a airtight jar and keep in a dry cupboard
- ♡ Say a little prayer and sprinkle into your food OR store in an airtight jar.
