Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1⁄2 cup oat flour
- 1⁄2 cup cashew butter
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3⁄4 tablespoons chai masala
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoon coconut oil (room temperature)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix until batter comes together.
3. Use a cookie scooper and place cookies onto a tray lined with a parchment paper and press down to flatten each one.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, till browned.
5. Take the cookies out and let them cool a little before you munch away.
6. Remember to say your prayer of gratitude, then dip them in some milk and enjoy!
