Tahini Mushroom Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 2 bread slices
- 2 cups mushroom (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 avocado (large)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1⁄2 lemon (juice)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili oil
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh/chopped)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Toast the bread and set aside.
2. Mash together the avocado, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
3. Cook the sliced mushrooms in a pan until golden brown and put in a bowl. Add tomatoes, tahini, asafoetida, & parsley to the mushrooms. Once combined, sprinkle a little salt & chili oil.
4. To assemble, spread the avocado mixture onto the toast. Add mushroom mixture on top.
5. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
