Healthy Caesar Dressing

Prep: 5 minTotal: 5 minServings: About 4
Hemp hearts are the base of this dressing, blending into something rich and creamy without a drop of oil, and they're a genuinely great swap since they pack a solid amount of plant protein along with omega-3s, something oil and mayo obviously don't offer. Bright with lemon and apple cider vinegar, and savory with that cheesy-style depth, it turns a simple romaine salad into something that suddenly feels much more luxurious.

“Delicious and fast! I’ve never had Caesar that doesn’t call for garlic. I’ll probably try adding next time”
