Savory Smashed Edamame Avocado Toast

Prep: 10 minTotal: 10 minServings: 2 servings
A fresh, savory toast layered with creamy avocado, smashed edamame, lemon, herbs, and a little tang from sauerkraut. It’s simple enough for a quick breakfast or lunch, but feels bright, nourishing, and full of texture. The edamame adds a lovely plant-protein boost, making this a more satisfying take on classic avocado toast.
