Berry Chia Compote

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped cups berries of choice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar

Instructions

1. Roughly chop berries and place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Add all ingredients to the pot.
2. Bring the mixture to low boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. This will take about 20 mins till the fruit breaks down. Remove from heat and transfer to a clean jar or container to cool thoroughly, mixture will thicken as it cools.
3. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
4. ♡Say a little prayer, do a little dance, sprinkle a little love, and serve with happiness
