Crispy Shredded Brussels
Ingredients
- Bag of brussels
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ⅓ c Sesame seeds
Instructions
*FOR CRISPINESS: (a high oven temperature, direction contact with the sheet pan, just the right amount of oil)
- Add all wet ingredients together in a bowl and whisk
- Spread brussels sprouts evenly on a cookie sheet. Pour miso dressing over and toss until all brussels are coated
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
