Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 celery stalks
- 1⁄2 cup parsley
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 2 tomatoes
For the Dressing:
- 1⁄2 cup evoo
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
1. Chop the pepper, celery, tomatoes, & parsley into small pieces.
2. Drain and rinse all 3 cans of beans.
3. Add beans & chopped veggies into a bowl
4. Mix together the dressing ingredients in a jar.
5. Drizzle dressing over the salad & mix.
6. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
