Ingredients

  • 1 tofu block
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 can coconut milk

Instructions

1. Press a tofu block and crumble or cut into cubes. Coat with curry powder and corn starch. Add the tofu to a saucepan and cook until crispy on all sides.

2. In a separate saucepan, add butter and chopped cabbage.

3. Add the powder spices and tomato paste, combine, and cook for a few minutes until the cabbage is tender.

4. Add the coconut milk and let simmer.

5. Once tofu is done, add to the sauce and mix to fully coat the tofu.6. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
