The overall effect of masala chai is warming and stimulating, the ginger cinnamon nutmeg and black pepper are all heating spices and also help detox the body, perfect for a winters afternoon..snuggle up with a book and some masala chai...but there's also fennel and cardamom which add a balance of sweet cool flavors. You can double, triple, batch make this recipe so you have a good amount stocked up.

  1. Grind all the ingredients in a postal and mortar or a grinder/ food processor

  2. Sprinkle in a little love, say a little prayer, and either make some masala milk or store in a airtight jar❤️
