Creamy Mushroom Sun-dried Tomato Tagliatelle

Pasta

  1. Boil water & cook pasta according to package

  2. Use oil from sun-dried tomato can to coat a frying pan

  3. Cut up mushrooms & cook in oil for 10 minutes

  4. Add in sun-dried tomatoes & chopped parsley and cook for 5 more minutes

  5. Drain pasta, and add to the mushroom mix

Sauce

  1. Soak cashews in hot water for 1 hour (preferably overnight)

  2. Add all of the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  3. Add sauce to pasta/mushroom mix

  4. ♡ Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
