Description

I was always so excited for Sunday's at home..my mum would make 'fun Indian food' ( thats what I called it haha) this was one of my favorite ones..

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the coriander and place into a blender with the water. Blend till smooth then add in the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend till super Smooth.

  2. Warm a cast iron flat pan or a non stick crepe pan on medium heat and brush with a little oil then fill half of a ladle with the batter and pour onto the middle of the pan, working fast spread in circular motions till evenly spread.

  3. Let it cook on one side then brush a little oil before you flip it over

  4. Once cooked, place on a mesh tray while you make the rest..or if you really lurve the people you're serving these to then make them fresh for them to eat immediately 😂..they are definitely best served hot off the pan

  5. I recommend serving it with the Masala Spiced Yoghurt or Coriander & Mint Chutney

Note

Substitutions:

  • You can use spinach instead of corainder
