  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Cook your pasta according to instructions on box

  3. Place butternut squash, peppers and zucchini on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spray with oil and mixed herbs and a sprinkle of salt

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until veggies are roasted 

  5. Add all dressing ingredients to a jar and mix until combined

  6. Add cooked and strained pasta and all remaining ingredients into a bowl

  7. Pour dressing over bowl of pasta and veggies and mix

  8. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy ❤️
