SALSA TIMEEE...this salsa is really versatile, I use it for Mexican when I do a Lil jackfruit taco or Indian when I do my tandoori tofu pitta...the perfect balance of zesty, sweet and spicy to add to any dish!

And here is a screenshot from a video of me mixing the salsa, because I must have been so in love with the colors that I forgot to take a picture...LUCKY YEW.

Ingredients

1 cup mango (diced finely)
¹⁄₂ cup coriander (diced finely)
¹⁄₄ cup green jalapeno (chopped finely squeeze of lime)
