Yes, you can get them in a jar..and I do occasionally use them but honestly, homemade everything is just always better..you taste the freshness in them and your body feels it too..I use roasted peppers in my sauces and they add such a great flavor, whether its pizza sauce pasta sauce or Indian tikka sauce..roasted peppers are a game changer!

  1. Preheat oven for 450˚F.

  2. Wash your bell peppers and coat them generously in olive oil.

  3. Place in the oven for roughly 30 minutes till all sides are charred.

  4. Before use, remove the skin and remaining seeds.

  5. ♡ Sprinkle some lurve, say a little prayer & serve with gratitude ❤️

Note

You can use other colored peppers but green bell peppers have a very different flavor and I like the color of red bell peppers when i use it in sauces etc.
