THIS has definitely been one of my favorite additions to my day since studying Ayurveda. Starting your mind, body, and soul off in the right way every day is so important. This is definitely a perfect way to get your body ready for what's coming its way. 😂

In Ayurveda, our digestion is compared to fire. When we sleep our digestive fire also rests and when we wake up in the morning we have to rekindle the fire slowly with nourishing, light and easy to digest foods. This prepares our body to digest heavier foods throughout the day. TBH once you try these juicy, sweet, super delicious apples, I'm pretty sure you'll be OBSESSED!

Instructions

  1. Peel & dice apples into small pieces.

  2. Add all the ingredients in a covered pot, cook at low to medium heat.

  3. Simmer for about ten minutes until soft and little water is left. Cool slightly before serving.

  4. ♡ Sprinkle a little love, say a little prayer, and ENJOY! ❤️

Note

Serving suggestions : on their own or drizzled with some almond butter!
