Description

They're sticky, they're sweet & sour, they're crispy, they're everything you could dream of! Make these next time you are craving some carbs :)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water

  2. Pre-heat oven to 450F

  3. Cut & boil the potatoes 8-10 minutes  (until you can stick a fork through them)

  4. Mix all ingredients for sauce together

  5. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch & water to a small bowl & mix 

  6. Pour cornstarch/water mixture into the sauce mix

  7. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch over the potatoes & bake for 20 minutes

  8. Heat the sauce up in a saucepan until it thickens

  9. Once the potatoes are crispy, coat them in the sauce
