Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F

  2. Peel & chop your apples into cubes and cut your blackberries in half

  3. Mix together in a bowl with maple syrup, cinnamon, & lemon zest

  4. Combine almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, & pecans into a separate bowl & mix

  5. Add butter & yogurt into the dry mix till it resembles wet sand

  6. Layer the apple filling into a baking dish with the crumble topping on top & drizzle generously with maple syrup

  7. Bake for 40 minutes until the topping is crispy & filling is soft

    If the topping starts to brown too much before the inside is ready, you can cover it with foil and let it cook for a little longer!
  8. Optional: add coconut whip, whip cream, or ice cream on top!
